Chamfer Mills

A chamfer mill or chamfer end mill is a milling tool designed to produce a beveled edge on intersecting surfaces. They are generally used in CNC machining operation and are most often made from solid carbide. They can be used for deburring edges or creating a specific angled surface. They come in a wide variety of included point angles which will produce various corresponding chamfer angles. They also come in a wide variety of diameters so that they can be used in small and large cavities.
