Versakut 6951 is a high performing, oil-rejecting semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed to extend tool life and increase the quality of machined parts. This product is designed for a wide range of applications including cutting, grinding, and milling for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Versakut 6951 is a micro-emulsion which allows it to reject tramp oils, run extremely clean, and excel at being bio resistant (no rotten egg odor). Vesakut 6951 has been tested at very high pressures and is designed to be a non foaming metalworking fluid. This coolant is formulated with the highest technology available allowing it to perform without nitrites, silicones, phenols, formaldehyde, and chlorine.

Applications
Versakut 6951 is specially formulated for virtually all machining operations on stainless steel, cold rolled steel and other difficult ferrous metals. These applications include tapping, broaching, turning, milling, drilling, sawing and grinding. Versakut 6951 is versatile enough to use on some non-ferrous metals with little or no stain.
Versakut 6951 is usually applied at 6% to 10% by volume with water. Tapping and broaching difficult metals requires higher (10 - 12%) concentrations. Turning, milling, drilling, sawing and grinding difficult
metals requires lower (4 -6%) concentrations.
