Versakut 7224 is a chlorinated synthetic coolant formulated to cool and lubricate during grinding, tapping, threading and stamping operations. Versakut 7224 is paraffin free and provides excellent rust protection at recommended dilutions. Versakut 7224's longevity and built-in biocide make it an excellent choice for recirculating systems.

Applications
Versakut 7224 is specially formulated for virtually all machining operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These applications include tapping, broaching, turning, milling, drilling, sawing and grinding.
Versakut 7224 is usually applied at 6% to 12% by volume with water. Tapping and broaching difficult metals requires higher (10 - 12%) concentrations. Turning, milling, drilling, and sawing and grinding difficult metals requires lower (6% to 10%) concentrations. Stamping and grinding requires 4%-6%.
