Versakut 7234D is a new generation grinding, drawing, and cutting fluid. It is a high lube synthetic with safety for soft metals to prevent staining in process. In addition, a premium rust inhibition package is in this product for in process rust inhibition. Versakut 7234D has defoaming materials to allow for high pressure cooling.

Applications
Versakut 7234D inhibits microbial growth to maximize fluid life in individual sumps and central systems. The clear coolant appearance keeps the machine surface and parts corosion protected. It has low foaming tendencies in all water conditions. Versakut 7234D rejects tramp oils at the surface for easy skimming and removal. It settles grinding swarf and machining chips quickly to maintain a clean work zone. It provides bi-metallic corrosion inhibition and is safe for use in equipment with aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper components.
Versakut 7234D is usually applied at 5% to 10% by volume with water. For grinding use 3-5% concentration. For light machining use 5% concentration. For heavy machining use 10%.
