Aircraft Extension Cobalt Drill Bits

Aircraft extension cobalt drill bits are extended  length drills optimized for drilling in stainless steels, nickel based alloys, and titanium alloys. They are manufactured in lengths of 6" or 12 ".  They are most often used in the aircraft  industry where drills must reach through multi-layered body panels.  They a 135 degree point angle which is web thinned with a type "J" web thinning. These drill bits are offered as gold oxide finished for increased wear and heat resistance.
