Product Return Policy

Please follow the following process to ensure all returns are processed quickly and efficiently:

1. Call our office to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number at 803-396-8800.
2. An email will be sent to you with the RGA number and further instructions.
3. Write your RGA# on the shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA#.
4. All returns must be in original packaging (tubes) and new condition.
   
5. They must be packaged properly to assure receipt in new condition.
6. Please include a copy of your Invoice or Packing List
7. Ship return package to the address provided with the RGA email.

Additional Guidelines / Restrictions:

• Claims regarding an order discrepancy must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.
• COD returns will not be accepted.
• Products that have been used or altered in any way will not be accepted.
